Avocado Cabbage Slaw

Excellent dish. Simple to make and great flavor.

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Yields: 4-6 Servings

Ingredients

½ green cabbage

1 Thai red chili

1 large avocado

5 red radishes

½ small red onion

1 juicy lime

sea salt (to taste)

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 small bunch of clilantro

Directions

1Shred cabbage by hand or with food processor.

2Cube avocado, mince chili.

3Slice radishes and red onion thinly.

4Combine all vegetables in a bowl.

5Dress with lime juice and season with sea salt.

6Taste and adjust. Slaw should be very punchy in flavor.

7Sprinkle with crumbled feta
